Joke of the day.

This has to be the JOKE OF THE DAY: An idiot buys a house a man spent nothing on for US$600,000. has reported that Champion Quack has responded to the sale of his property those Anil Nandalall saying that it was a transparent sale.
Ha ha ha, out of all the issues the man wants to address is the transparency of the sale of the house Dr. Champion.
We just want to know why you don't want to live on the East Coast of Demerara or Guyana no more, why? why?
Why sell it to Ernie ?
Or is it that finally we are seeing how the 16m is being turned around.

  1. Statement by Jagdeo's Lawyer Wishing on a Star to be AG Anil Nandalall

"As a result of inquiries from various press outfits and to avoid a public dissemination of misinformation and unnecessary speculation, I, in my capacities as the duly constituted attorney of and the Attorney-at-Law for His Excellency, have decided to issue this statement.

"By an agreement of sale executed on the 31st day of May, 2010, in the City of Georgetown, Guyana, His Excellency, President Bharrat Jagdeo, through his duly constituted attorney, Mohabir Anil Nandlall, sold to Desmond Ernest Arbothnott Ross, of 129 Park Avenue, West Moorings, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, his property known as and situate at Lot 135 Block 1 Plantation Goedverwagting, East Coast Demerara, with the building and erections thereon, as is more fully described in transport No. 1522 of 1998, for the agreed purchase price of six hundred thousand United States dollars (US$600,000) or its equivalent in Guyana dollars.

"The sum of one hundred and twenty thousand United States dollars (US$120,000) or its equivalent in Guyana dollars was paid upon the signing of the said agreement of sale and it was thereof expressly agreed that the balance of the purchase price or its equivalent in Guyana dollars, is to be paid upon the passing of the transport. The agreement provides that the transport would be passed within three months from the date of the said agreement.

"As is required by the Deeds Registry Act, the Affidavit of Vendor, Affidavit of Purchaser and the Instructions to Advertise were duly filed with the Registrar of Deeds. In pursuance thereof, the said conveyance was duly advertised by the Registrar of Deeds for passing in the official Gazette on the 10th day of July, 2010, again, as is required by the Deeds Registry Act.

This entire transaction is transparent and all the documents referred to above are now public documents and can be readily accessed and scrutinized at the Deeds Registry, Georgetown, Guyana.

  2. the transparency of the sale ? Jagdeo knows he is leaving a legacy of less than transparency so her is quick to point out that. that man is just a common thief and then there is the jackass who pays $120,000 thats a nice fine change in Jagdeo pocket. dont he benefit from the 5% increase public servants gets ?

  3. Ernie Ross does not have that money. Something is fishy here.
Ernie is a poor ass advertising man in Trinidad. Why should Ernie buy a house in Guyana when he has no intentions to live here?

  4. well it would be all and good if one of u made that sale of your property but just because it is jadgeo and by the way indian too lets not forget that he make his money good for him at least none of you asses are any better
